*****es & Incapable staff

Apparently I am being sued of a Month to month contract that is in arrears for 2 months!? And when I called each individual I spoke to put me on hold and through to another department, after a call that lasted more than an hour The lady named Thabisen at the collections department hanged up the phone...<br> <br> The consumers act clearly protect me and I am guessing loads of other clients of Cell C against this type of ********l harassment. My attornies are urging me to take legal action although I would prefer to settle this outside of court rather than inside. But the way I am treated here I have decided that Legal Action is the only way. So a new Tabloid story is on the brew here!<br> <br> I do hope that this complaint here get the right person to call me so this can be resolved ASAP
