They will not cancel my insurance

I cancelled their C Surance cellphone insurance, they refuse to cancel over the phone, they want you to send an email so they can ignore it an carry on taking your money... been asking for feedback over mail, now their call centre number doesn't go through. So in other words i must just sit and watch while they take my money !!!
