They want more customers but won't help current 1s

Cell C has been my service provider for years and I am a little disappointed that they will advertise buying other people out of contracts to get new customers but they are not willing to help their own customers in a similar predicament. I had my phone ****** and cell c has not been able to assist me. I asked if they could assist me in buying me out of my current contract and I'd return the favour by taking out two new contracts with cell c and they said no we only buying new customers from other providers. I told them that I understand but I'm getting them more business and they just said no. I have a temporary sim card from another provider while I sort out my phone situation- and the coverage has been great - I'm considering leaving cell c and taking out my new contract with this service provider because the cost of data is so low and their coverage and speed of Internet is impeccable. Cell C should try get new customers yes but at the same time keep their current customers happy because at this stage if another provider had the same buy out promotion I would be the first to take up that opportunity.
