They took my money

I had taken a phone with them and there was no signal at home. I complained about this with in 3days asking them to cancel the contract since they said it would take time to fix. I took me decades to get the contract cancelled and I stayed with the device since they did not want to take it back. they stalled me for over a month because they knew they would charge me for that month even though I had clearly stated that I did not want the device with in 3 days of buying it. <br> Initially I was to pay R280 for the contract a month but I was not willing to pay it because I didn't use the device and wanted to take it back. when month end came, they took R350 from my account and I could not understand why. I explained to them and they said it was because the contract had been cancelled late- which is not my fault cause I asked to take it back with in 3days. they eventually said they will pay me back R315 with in 3 to 5 working days, that was last week Tuesday already on the 23/06 it is now 3/07. they have not paid me back nor contacted me.
