They took money again!

I have canceled my account in September, paid the outstanding amount only to now see a debit order of 4 times my monthly installments come off my account. I have paid all the outstading amounts in September. This is still going on!! Why the **** are you taking my money!!!!! This is now the 4th time i am complaining of this, they have taken money from my account again and i have NOTHING to show for this. I receive NOTHING in return for this. If this does not get resolved by tomorrow (29 December) i will contact beeld and broadcast this on all social media platforms.
