They take my money and cut my network off

Sometime in 2011 I had a cellphone contract with cell c. Administered under a debit order, at one point there was double payment. It took countless calls and many months to get my refund. In 2019 it was the only network provider approving me for a contract phone I want, last of my choice by the way. Fast forward a debit order did not go through on the 16th of March 2020. Only discovered when their agent called me to make arrangements for payment. Before I can even say when and how I can pay, the call was dropped and I was switched off the network. Few days later with money in the account they debited. 3 days after the debit I'm still not connected back to the network. What the f*** was I thinking??? You might as well just cancel the contract, you enjoy doing as you please without dialogue
