I love leave two stars because the prices for data are the best but when I had R40 airtime and I just owed them R10 for emergency airtime they took it all and left me with nothing

06 Jan 2025, 12:37Thank you this solved my problem but please solve the problem how you can't change your tariff plan even if you have data or airtime and please fix how when you spin you just get stickers I'm tired of just geting sticker when I spin can you make it like you get 500 MB data for 1hour or more please change that I'm sick and tired of stickers

07 Jan 2025, 18:42This doesn't make sense I had R9,30 airtime I borrowed for 1GB data for until midnight they say R11 will be deducted its R15 the data I'm pretty sure it was supposed to take R6 and combine it with the R9,30 I want them to fix this

07 Jan 2025, 19:43Yes I cancelled all my subscriptions on the 5th of January I want you guys to just fix this mistake I don't want to go back and forth about this I'm supposed to repay you guys R5 for the emergency airtime not R11 the data was R15 and then you take out R9 I'm supposed to owe you R6 so can you help me or are we gonna go back and forth about this.i swear I'm gonna switch to Vodacom or Telkom or MTN I'm tired of cell c not helping
