they refused to do a sim swop after 48 hours

Hi my name is mzwamdile Zulu I'm so disgusted with cell c. I lost my phone over the weekend and on Monday the 2nd of February I phoned cell c call centre and they told me they will phone me back shortly. I waited.for the call a and today the 4th of February lerato phoned me saying she's doing a sim swop for me and she asked me few questions which were not even relevant to what I wanted, she then told me she cant do a sim swop for me and I asked her to call her supervisor and a guy called Jolie Williams he also refused to do it with. Me. Right ow I'm so angry because I'm waiting for a lot of important calls and I cant be reached on my number. I also sent an email to blanche opperman about this matter but she never rep**** to my email. I can be reached on this number ***
