THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL MY ACC

CellC is the worst telecommunications company. We have been trying to cancel our fibre contract since Oct 2020. The cellC service provider could not provide fibre in the new complex we moved in to late last year. We requested to cancel in October but we are still being billed. I have called them every week demanding the cancellation but no one has been forthcoming or helpful. They all have some story or another and they keep taking me from pillar to post. I cannot buy a house for my family because this is affecting my credit score.
