They PRETEND to respond but ACTUALLY DO NOT respond

<p>I wanted to make use of the Buy Out Deal, so I got a quote from my previous service provider. I was told to pay it and to come back with all the paperwork, which I did - only to be told to rather phone the call centre. The call centre were not helpful at all so I went back to the shop only to be **** to and told that they had received an email that morning and that the Buy-Out deal was discontinued. A total lie - it has not been discontinued. They just didn't feel like helping me. Cell C is not very helpful. rude, dishonest and misleading. I have paid R3000 to get rid of my old contract and now they are refusing to help me to get a new one. They responded that they would get in touch to sort it out - but it's many months later and after two half hearted attempts from them NOTHING HAS HAPPENED :( :( :(</p>
