they listed my name on credit buro

I was still querying the money they took next thing the go and list my name of burro. Then in May I went to pay and I was given a paid up letter with a promise to go and clear my name. I then called my lawyers to assist as well every default was cleared but not cell. Last week Friday I checked my credit report only to found out CellC is still not updated. 1st they gave me false information,2nd they list me incorrectly as I was still querying them 3rd I go and pay cause I saw they are ****** then they promise to update burro only to find out 6month later it's still not cleared!!!
