The time came for my upgrade .... after calling in I was told I only qualified for a R300 phone due to my credit rating and if I would like an iPhone I would have to submit forms etc ? Keeping in mind I pay over R1200 currently- I have never missed a payment in almost 20 years - yes I have been a cell c customer for 20 years - I would love a clear explanation- if I had a judgement or default on my name I would understand - you will be saying goodbye to my business that’s for sure
