They know about the problem but not botherd

I have complained numerous times about the reception of Cell C. They have confirmed that their is a problem on their side but that is where it ends. I am now paying for data and airtime that I can Hardly use due to their reception problems. They have promised to contact me but to date they have not come to me with any solution. As a last resort I will advertise on Face book Twitter and I am considering a sticker on my back window of my Car just to warn customers about Cell C and how they don't care as long as you pay.
