They just mark your name on ITC with no communication (read below)

<p>Cell c have put a bad mark on my ITC for late payment which if they contacted me i would have gladly paid the small amount. They then double ebited me which i do not have a probblem with but the problem is they still leave the mark on my ITC. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried to call to get this corrrected but no luck, The staff are very badly trained. </p> <p> </p> <p>When i opened this account Cell C also loaded 2 accounts onto my ITC and after weeks of fighting they finally removed it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone from Cell c try to do their job and help a very unhappy customer.</p>
