they giving me excuses to replace my phone

Cell c its a very bad network provider they have increased my premium without my approval an the west part of it is that I lost my phone 6 months back and they haven't replace that phone not even once they have tried to get hold of me am the only one who is making a follow up with them if I was the one who didn't pay them for six months they should have taken me to ITC because its them who is wrong here they are protecting them self I want to know it is possible for them to instigate for this long and when I ask for the reference of the call they don't want to provide I will never ever recommend cell c to anyone they full of tricks
