They gave me the wrong contract

I was offered a contract by a lady call Nasreen or Nasneen (she first called me on 23 April) on my 076 number.<br> I eventually accepted the contract after speaking to a host of other people at cell-c. I asked for a top-up contract and when my phone eventually arrived on 30 April, it was an open line. <br> After the string of long weekends I spoke to a guy call Tsepo, to whom I also threatened legal action against cell-c, which I plan to do if this matter can not be resolved amicably). He told me that he would investigate and that I would have to pay to migrate the contract to top-up, and only after three months. This morning I spoke to Lucy who said the same thing. However, it turns out that Tsepo, did not even bother with the investigation. Lucy put me on hold and then the call was just ended!!!<br> <br> I want my top-up contract TODAY!<br> Kind regards,<br> Ethel
