They don't want to give me my Ticket ID but they pulling money from my account! Cell C is the WORST NETWORK PROVIDER

Over a month ago I took my cellphone to Cell C Fourways mall as it was damaged And the Csurance process requires you to hand in your phone then they notify you of the excess fee and once you’ve paid it only then will your cellphone be taken in for repairs. I am so frustrated as I handed in my phone sooo long ago and I called Csurance and they claim that they can't help me with a ticket ID which I have been asking the Cell C Fourways store for almost each and every day Leaving me to pay for a cellphone that I am not even using because of the LAZY AND *********** staff at this store.

If you would like to take out a cellphone contract, I urge you to NOT use Cell C because the staff and customer service including Csurance are USELESS
