They don't care just empty promises

Welcome to the new normal where Cellc advertises a service they can't provide then it actually normal for Cell C bar a select few employee that go the extra mile but as far a service goes I am shock this is so poor we signed up with cfibre and SADV installed the line now when we want to upgrade they come up with the story that SADV is no longer listed but yet they still show them as a option on there website which is false advertising I am now taking this matter further I mean for the same thing the price on SADV 20mb line is R699 now conveniently for cellc they now want to charge R949 vuma tel for exactly the same things this is day light ******* shocking shocking then to top is all off the get promised some one will contact me and now more than a week later still not work from Cell C
