they did it again and again

So cell c did it again after promising they won't ***** my money they did it again for the third time. I really don't know why they keep overcharging me. The headache I had trying to solve the otger 2 problems now it's back to this BS again. I can't with with cell c hle. Why are *****ing? Why not take what's due to u and leave my hard earned money alone. Our contract is for R99 I really don't understand why you keep charging me more I want my money back. It was R136 then R180 now R104 really I've had enough PAY ME BACK MY MONEY OR ELSE....
