They couldn't replace my faulty device and they did not refund me
I have been dealing with Cell C since February trying to resolve the issue of a TV contract. It stopped working and rhe People at the grove branch advised i get in touch with Skyworth who then confirmed it couldnt be repaired and they credited cell c (i have proof). I then asked cell C to give me another TV or to refund me and they said they would refund me. They credited me with 7.5k and then debited 5 to 6k which i do not understand!!!!!!! I did not cancel they were unable to fufill their performance obligation. To this day i am searching for answers. Their service is just bad, would not recommend them to anyone.
I asked for my recordings for calls and to this day i still dont have feedback.***

A “debit note” refers to the refund that was prepared and processed into their person account.
If they check their bank statement regarding the refund it is the same amount that was refunded into their personal account.

Please note that from the response quoted above I have provided my bank statements to you at a branch and via email to show that no such refund was received!!!!!!
I have sent my bank statement 3 times and still no one has seen such an amount.
I have been hearing the same response for 4 weeks
