They can't do there basic work .
I have sent my phone in for insurance . Cell c messages me with a payment reference and banking details . I sent it to them . They now say they can not help me because they can not allocate the payment . Why send me a reference number to pay with . On my number and you do not know who I am . When am I getting my phone ?
The message the sent me and I paid accordingly : Dear valued Cell C Customer, The assessment on your device has been completed. A quote has been generated for your device. For more information please contact 084 140 and request to be transferred to Cell C Repairs, to accept or reject the quote. Your ref no is GPBOK379904 Bank Account Details: Bank: NedBank Account Name: Corporate Client Service Account Number: *** Branch Code: 145405
