they are taking samsung S8 for repair that fell off 3/4 floor

i have been battling with C-surance as my insurer after the battle finally they manage to give me some feedback that the phone will have to be repaired and i will not accept that the reason being few weeks later that phone will then have to be send back for repairs.

can i have my phone replaced.
