They are not prepared to commit

Sice 28th February Cell C has had 4 emails from me and have not yet rep**** to any of the mails. I am not prepared to advertise my personal detail as they requested on my previous complaint, I will also not anwer their calls they can communicate with me on my e mail so we both have it in black and white
