They are failing to update my ITC Score

<p>Someone is failing to do their job in CellC as I have paid and closed an account that was handed over and because of this I received a default on my credit score. According to my research "paid up defaults are removed once confirmation of paid up status is received from the credit/service provider".</p> <p>This account has been paid in full and closed since October and nothing has been done from their side to update. This is in return caused me to not be able to get any financing for my much needed and hard earned vehicle!</p> <p>I am less than impressed and they can be sure that they have one less customer to attend to and surely my friends and family to follow as I took the leap to join this provider.</p>
