Should be a zero rating as they are all *********. I have been trying from end of June 2021 to cancel a contract and they are failing to complete my request. They continued to debit money from my account and I have not autorised the debits. They double debited my account in October 2021 and are not refunding my money they debited as they said they will. I have taken matters into my own hands as the are failing to comply and continue *****ing money from my account. I have also reported them to my banks ***** department aswell as the nca. I am now going to proceed with legal action as they leave me with no other choice, you can expect a letter from my lawers as they will handle this matter from this point on. Im done dealing with *********. Stop debiting my account as you will not succeed.
