There was a ***** made in my name of which they ended up listing me under credit beareu

Good day I hope you find this in order I have a problem with a cell phone provider Cell C which they have listed me with credit bureau saying I owe them for the cell contract which I was never aware of. So I decided to come straight to them to address the matter and they said I must open a case with the SAPS which I did. Then at the SAPS they said they need some document's in order to open a case of which cell C refused with. SO basically was caught in between didn't know what to do with who. I have been in contact with the Cell C people via email and everything they have asked me to do I have. The last conversation we had they needed me to do 10 signatures in order for them to compare but since then they haven't came back to me. Please help me out to be out of this mess as I am not able to apply for nothing. I have my expectations high that this will be resolved
