I have been calling cell C every day for almost 2 weeks to follow up on a refund of R2000 which they owe me. To date they have not given me back my money despite constantly telling me that they will. They tried to call me one day and when I wasn't around my phone they closed my case which I needed to start all over again! I actually need this money which they've basically now ****** from me. On Friday they said I will receive feedback and I'm yet to hear anything!
