THEFT! Taken my money after contract termination!

Very disappointed! My contract ended on 26th October and I have just had the monthly fee take off my account - on the 15th November! Multiple confirmation of contract termination also received. I want this money refunded into my account immediately - this constitutes theft! Please will someone come back to ASAP to sort this out!
