Theft of my money

Blitz fibre my FNO have signed their complete fibre network over to frogfoot. My original contract/agreement was with cellc clearly indicating blitz fibre as the FNO. Now that the migration between blitz and frogfoot have taken place and blitz is no longer the FNO this agreement is null and void and cellc is still deducting R1199 from me instead to adjust my billing to the new frogfoot pricing which is R899. This is a clear breach of contract and ******** deduction of money. I will register an official complaint with the ombudsman if cellc fibre does not rectify this immediately.
