Cellc *****s money people beware, they double charge, their call centre staff are *********** and their management is paid to be unavailable to resolve

14 Feb 2023, 07:50I got a call from Nhlanhla apparently from cellc social media, who offered me a paid up letter when the account is double paid, i advised he i want a refund for overcharged funds, she wanted my bank account statement which I refused, but offered her proof of payment and she threw the phone down, your service is truly pathetic, why can Cellc not see how they have ****** my money its all linked to my cellc account, why do i have to keep on proving everything to such a huge company run like a ****a shop
