Theft of Funds from my Bank Account

I emigrated to Spain during 2014.<br> I had 2 Cell C contracts, I wrote to Cell C on 5/12/2014 requesting settlement figures to be released from my contractual obligations, as I no longer required the contracts. I received a reply on 15/12/2014, providing cancellation figures. I transferred the amounts to cancel the contracts via EFT on 17/12/2014 - R1417.57 & 564.70.<br> As I had no faith in Cell C's ability to actually apply the funds to cancel the contracts, I immediately placed \stop payments"on the two R129.00 monthly debit orders from my account. My worst fears were realised"
