Theft from my bank account

cell c, I do not appreciate your blatant disregard for contracts, and the theft from my bank account. My contract with you is thankfully near its end, and since it is clear that honesty is not something you are capable of, I am publicly announcing that I DO NOT want it renewed, and you are to convert my number to prepaid at the end of the contract. My ID number and cell number were provided with this report just in case you think its an excuse to ignore it because you can't identify the account. Additionally the report has been E-Mailed to several contacts working for you, including your so called customer care.
