THEFT FROM MY ACCOUNT

I cancelled my contract and was told the last Bill of R1539.54 would be the last payment, this was paid on 28th may, they have debited my account now a second month in a row R1632.46, when will this money be returned? I will report the theft to the police if it is not returned. If you have any concerns listen to the call where I was advised the R1539.54 will be the last payment<br> *<br> I have called the call center and get put on hold for over 10 minutes.<br>
