Theft by over charging on accounts due to *********** people

Account suspended due to the lack of compitancy at Cell C. I have been with Cell C for 2+ years. I added limit blocks (cap) to all 3 my accounts since the day of activation. Since my upgrade in June all my accounts have been heavily overcharged... I have called in about 5 times to put the limit blocks to my accounts (cap for extra usages) and every month it has been removed & over charged again. I have sent emails and reported on hello peter and still no response. After refusing to pay for the additional charges, they now "Soft locked" my account. "Sorry mam, it will be activated once the problem is solved". When will this be? In 5 years time? I would like to cancel all 3 accounts due to *********** people not doing their job. I will return the device and settle the other 2 contracts. Never have I had so much problems with a service provider. This is theft!
