Theft at Cell C Balfour Mall, Johannesburg

If I could give you a zero I would. I cannot begin to express my utter disgust and disappointment knowing that I was **** to and purposefully deceived by two of your staff members in store.

How dare your Store Manager and Consultant blatantly lie to me about a Huawei P40 Lite batch of phones having been rejected and therefore I would not be able to upgrade my contract to the R369 per month option like I had seen in your Connector booklet.

I was instead told that I would need to pay the R429 per month but I would be getting the Huawei P40 Lite 5G... When she told me that, and realising I didn't really have an option I agreed to it. However to find out later that this is actually no 5G Huawei and she just wanted to score more commission and secure additional revenue for the store - this is what she had, the absolute nerve, to tell the Campus Square Store Manager.

Strong and decisive action needs to be taken against Buhle Skosana and her accomplice. Even after Cell C in Campus Square called her, asking her to update the information whilst enquiring about why she misled me, she still had the damn nerve to defend her actions and ended up doing nothing about it.

Zeenat at Cell Campus Square is nothing short of ethical and her game is absolutely on point. If it was not for her answering my enquiry so honestly, I would have been none the wiser.

So Cell C, what do you plan on doing with your thieving staff member? Not forgetting to mention the incompetence that she displayed when upgrading the incorrect contract in the first place. This was picked up by Campus Square when I went to upgrade the bigger of the contracts by them.

As a client, I want the contract for R369 and should I receive any grief about this I will not hesitate to take this further to your Ombudsman. I am actually doing you a courtesy by logging this on Hello Peter first.

I doubt that I am the first to have experienced this, however I am most likely the first to have caught their thieving ****s out.
