Theft and harassment suffered at the hands of the mighty Cell C

I renewed my WiFi contract with cell C not knowing I will suffer theft and harassment at the hands of the mighty Cell C.

Its alleged that I took an IPhone contract which I have no knowledge of upon realising this I notified Cell C and submitted every document requested on the 4th December ref: ********** 338

I was advised that the matter is under investigation and the contract in question will be suspended.

Which was not done and the mighty Cell C decided to change my debit date and **********ly debit my account irrespective of my dispute.

The staff I'm dealing with is just useless and ***********, mind you the investigation that is apparently underway does not have a time frame, nor am I provided any updates.

At this point I am told to let the debits go through and they'll repay, utter nonsense who told them I have a budget of over R1000 for them?

At this point I am fuming since Cell C failed to follow its own process before contract can issued I needed to receive OTTP which I never received.
