Theft(?) and empty promises from Cell C

Because of horrible service I received from Cell C, I cancelled one of my contracts as soon as I could (24 months). When my second contract (also 24 months) was finished, I wanted to cancel but was convinced by Trishen Somaru from the cancellations department to stay. He offered me a contract with an additional benefit, seeing as the contract itself was not enough for what I wanted. I received the contract, but never the additional benefit. I then cancelled the second contract again. Again I was convinced to stay with Cell C, and I contacted Trishen again. Again I was offered the same contract, and was told he would try his best to get the extra benefit again. I never received the contract I was promised and agreed to, but was put on another one - more expensive and a lot less benefits (the recordings can be listened to, I never agreed to the contract I am on now. This is theft? Never mind the extra benefit. So I have had to buy airtime and data on top of what I was getting, as mentioned at the higher price, so it is costing me a lot more.

Trishen talks a fantastic game, sounds great, but never delivers. I have phoned and emailed probably about 13-14 times to speak to him, but he is always busy/just stepped out/off sick/email doesn't work etc (Oh and spending hours on the phone is of course fantastic). Each time I have left a message and was promised he would get back to me, but after about a month I am still waiting. The last time I phoned in and got hold of him (the poor guy was the agent that answered my call, so couldn't avoid me), I told him not to forget to phone me back like the last time and he laughed and promised me he would phone before 12:00. That was 3-4 weeks ago I think.........

So to sum it all up, I am on a contract I never agreed to (theft?) and the agents, especially Trishen, have been horrible. My query has been 'escalated' numerous times but I have still not heard a peep. I was told to wait the month for the current contract to finish (this one month-to-month), but why the hell should I when I never agreed to the contract in the first place??????? Not acceptable. At all.

And so the second contract (after being with Cell C for something like 17 years) will also be cancelled. They are falling apart. The recordings are all there.
