Theft and ***** by cell c

I got a call from a cell c sales agent to upgrade my contract in July 2023. I subsequently received my new phone but was sent an additional Sim card that I never asked for as this was meant to be an upgrade. Thereafter I was being billed for 2 contracts instead of one. I finally got someone to assist in canceling the 2nd contract and was told to submit my bank statements to process the refund. To date I have not receive my refund and have received no help or feedback despite logging numerous calls. This is theft and *****ulent behavior cell c. Absolutely disgusted by the pure lack of customer care especially considering the error was on cell c side not mine
