Theft

I logged a complaint with Cell-C over 2 years ago. The courier service came to deliver a new phone, because it took me about 5 minutes to get to our reception, the courier left with the phone. I immediately contacted Cell-C to notify them of what happened. I was told this would be investigated and they will contact me. Needless to say, I got the same reaction in December 2016 when I contacted them and logged my complaint on your site. I will continue reversing the debit order when you try to ***** my money!!! I don't have a phone, I never received a phone, the sim card is not in use and has not been for two years.

I went into your Cradlestone branch and the lady there was going to contact your legal department - well I am still waiting for feedback. I even thought I would upgrade this contract - but I was not able to as it is sitting with your legal department. To think I was that stupid. Still trying to do business with you!!!!

I then logged a complaint on your website, I received an automated sms to say I will be contacted between 24 and 48 hours! Cell-C, I am sure your watch stopped at 1 hour. The only other thing I can do now is to go to the police and lay a theft charge against you. You are *****ing my money.
