Theft

<p>Cell C I have been struggling with you for almost a year now. Your courier service "delivered" a phone to my work address but the courier guy never waited for me to collect the phone. I immediately contacted Cell C to notify them of what happened, their response was "we will investigate". My understanding is that 1) he had to get a copy of my ID 2) he had to get proof of residence from me. None of these documents were presented to me as proof of delivery to me. I don't think this was ever investigated, however Cell C you are taking money out of my bank account on a monthly basis which is theft! I have made numerous call to you over the past couple of months, these have not even been captured on your system!! On contacting your contact centre again this morning, your call centre operator's response was that I should speak to your delivery people. MY CONTRACT IS WITH CELL C, NOT YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE. I will now reverse this debit order every month until you cancel this contract and fire the peson that stole my phone!!!</p>
