theft

My problem is I have a contract with java connect a singed contract that money for payment is due every month on the 15 till the contract is finished but every time they set a debit order for the13 of each month whereby my salary is only paid in on the 15 of each month due to this it reflex on my bank statements as no funds available so on the 19 March 2015 I went to ABSA to extend my personal loan and was informed due to this practice im not in favour with the bank and can not apply for a loan as this practise of java connect put me in a bad light so beware people as I am not finished with this matter and seek legal advice from legal wise I am a member with them also you don't receive any statements what so ever or sums from the bank that funds were not available on the 13 day of the month when they try to deduct money out of your account and I am not once in errors with them and it states as well on my itc
