The worst services provider... Poor customer service....

I am unable to use my service from Wednesday... Every time I call in there is a network problem why should this affect me as a client I am paying for a service that I am unable to use... The worse service provider... You guys debit my account very fast but when it's time for me to be able to use the service that I pay for I should wait... I would like to be compinsated for this because I paid for a services... I would like a call from a manager if not I will go on social media because I am tired off you guys ????????????????... My next step if facebook to tarnish you guys... Customer care consultants are very unprofessional they always sound asleep
