THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

I really really getting so frustrated sorting Cell C's faults out and then they charge me for their error that i'm trying to sort out for 5 months now. REALLY What must a person do to get proper customer services as this is useless and Billing doesn't even know where to start or how to fix their mistake.
