23 Mar 2023, 18:14I have been with Cell C for well over 8 years in not more. I had been using my iPhone 11 for the past two years, the phone got ****** this past weekend, and my sim card was immediately removed, all I needed was for the phone to be blacklisted but Cell C agents failed me. I do not understand how I could have used a phone for 2 years and be told my number is not matching the cell number's imei number when for a whole 2 years I have been using the phone. An agent even asked me for a SAPS case number which I provided and still got no ITC Blacklisting number. Terrible service all round, I will be porting looking for a new network after 8 years being with cell c, you guys have failed to do the bare minimum.
