The WORST Service I have ever experienced !

Upon taking out my contract from Cell C, I was offered the option to take out insurance offered in the form of C Surance.

Unfortunately my device got damaged not even a month into the new contract. I contacted Cell C which was very helpful. They instructed me to take the device to my nearest branch to be sent in for assessment.

This was done on the 21st of September, might be a day earlier or later, I stand to be corrected.

I had to phone C Surance to get a response out of them for the assessment report and the access amount that had to be paid.

The mail with the access amount was sent to me on the 28th of September from C Surance. The access amount was paid on the 3rd October.

Cell C called me on the 5th of October to ask what the hold up is with my device as they did not receive any instructions from C Surance yet, I inturn explained to them that the access amount has been paid and that they should have sent my device in to be repaired already.

Up to date I have not been able to reach C Surance telephonically ( 20 October). I mailed C Surance and has only received the following mail on the 10th of October :

Just spoke to Cell C repair center, they apparently are still waiting for the "go-ahead" from C Surance to repair my device! According to C Surance, the access amount has still not been paid!

USELESS PEOPLE!!!!!
