the worst service from cellc ever

About 1 and a half months ago I gave my phone for repairs due to screen over heating and cracking cellc sends the phone to they repair centre they come back to me and say that it is physical damage when I did not drop or brake the phone then I tel them ok send it back because they want to charge me r2800 to repair they ddint wantt to fix it so I said send it back even tho it wasn't my fault they said ok it wil take 7days to reach store afta 3weeks its hasn't reachd da store I phone the store to ask y they tel me I'm getting a new phone I said ok thank you why didn't any1 tell me he said not sure I phone repair centre to ask why they tel me that I am not getting a new phone the broken phone is still with them it has been really frustrating dealing with unprofessional people I will never deal with cellc again and I will tell all my friends and family about my experience I rather go to another network
