The worst service ever

I can't believe this. I can't understand how such a massive organization can be this bad at allocating funds. I have been back and forth for almost 3 months and nobody can help me. I have sent my proof of payment to every single email given to me and still today nobody knows who allocates funds in the business. I have to call them everyday and they promise me it will be sorted and the next day the situation remains unchanged. I wish I never took out this contract with Cell C! The worst service ever. I have reference number upon reference number. Shocking!
