THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

I'm absolutely DISGUSTED with the poor service that I've been receiving at Cell C. it's nearly been a month now and I still don't have any answers or a ****** phone!!! My phone got ****** and luckily I had insurance and they replaced me with a faulty Iphone 6s so the phone had to go in for OPF and I had to wait another 7 working days just to get the answer that they will need to replace me with another device, I've been waiting the whole day for feedback because apparently they don't have anymore stock and that they need to confirm with the head office, if I don't phone them they don't get back to me, is absolutely POOR!!! So now apparently the phone has been discontinued and I've been covered for R13000 and I had to pay the excess fee and now they are coming with ******* story that I can only get a other the replacement for R8000 ??? How can you be insured for something and then they supply with a faulty device and then tell you it's discontinued?????? It's absolutely bull****!!!! I'm definitely going to cancel my contract and insurance! The staff's bad attitude and Cell C pathetic service gives Cell C such a bad name!!!
