THE WORST SERVICE
I have no signal, I can't phone out, I have phoned them and they have send me new information to add and change to my phone. Yet after all of this I still have NO Signal, My contract is wrongly done in DEC and nothing can be done. I can't cancel the contract, have not signal, can't call, have to pay extra money.

24 Mar 2021, 11:02At this stage I want my contract cancelled with no damage to my name, pocket or record. I want to move over to a Pay as You go with no additional cost. For over 10 Years I have been supporting Cell C but I have had it. The Call centre said they can't help and referred me back to the shop, the shop said they are not authorized to change the agreement. The lady who originally did the contract left the shop and I am stuck with an in-accurate contract, No signal, no service.
