The WORST Nework I have ever came Across

I have ordered a handset via telephone from cellc, the handset was received and I was not happy with and requested that they collect the phone the following day. The handset was then collected and the cancellation was the processed, I was promised that after 72 working days the contract should be cancelled, today I am calling back and everyone is giving my a different story regarding the cancellation. Cellc is giving me the run around. Whenever I call, I first hold on the line for 30 minutes or more, and when I finally speak to someone the matter just does not get resolved. The managers is always in a meeting doing what? The service is POOR! I must Say! Vodacom is the best nework I have ever came across...CellC I dont know what to say, I am asking for assistance with tears in my eyes...All I want is for the contact to be cancelled so that I move forward from there... Funny enough, I shouldve learned my lesson the first time I knocked my toe with CellC
